How to ensure recipient can't change message

Is there a setting I can put on a message I send so that the recipient is
prevented from changing any of the content, including attachments? Would
this apply even when the recipient forwards the message?

Neither were you. You failed to mention the version of Outlook, whether you
are using any encryption, or any other useful information.

For the most part, unless both you and the recipient are using an Exchange
server, you have no control over messages or attachments once they leave
your computer.
