how to encrypt data as i type in word

I want to see an encrypted data as i type. Even if people watch on my
monitor, they should not see what i type. (Exactly like the password field in
every logon screen)

Then I need to know how to unlock what i have typed and be able to read it.

This needs to be applicable on the entire word document
