how to enable spyware removal

spyware was detected, but I received message that if I
had enabled removal tool it would be removed. I can't
find the option to remove.
 
What product are you using to remove the spyware?

If this is Microsoft Antispyware, after the scan completes, each threat is
listed with a default choice--ignore, quarantine, remove. Ignore always may
be chosen by the user.

You can change the default choice to any of the others, and then instruct
the program to go on with the cleaning.
