how to enable popup windows after disabling (reposted)

I disabled popup windows (using a click in Yahoo).
however, some games I use to play needs such kind of popup windows, therefore, I have to re obtain them.
anybody knows how to enable popup windows again?
 
How did u disable the popups, details abt that should help.

Also, check if Messenger service is running. [Start - run, type services.msc, browse to the messenger service and start the same]
