XP Home or Pro? If Pro, does it have to be a script? Asking because you can
easily do this using the adminstrator tools. Right click on My Computer,
select Manage. Under Local Users and Groups --> Users, right click on Guest
and select Properties. Check box next to "password never expires."

Good day Sharon and thank you for responding. Unfortunately it has to be a
script/bat file. Windows XP Pro and Windows Server 2003.

Sorry then. That and using gpedit.msc (Local computer policy> Computer
Configuration> Windows Settings> Security Settings> Account Policies>
Password Policy) would be my approach since scripting is not in my list of
skills. Perhaps someone in one the server newsgroups would have suggestions
for scripting this setting? Or another suitable way to apply this
requirement from the server?
