I used to be able to click links in emails to take me to the websites - it
now tells me that my computer is no longer enabled to do this. WHAT SHOULD
I CHANGE??

If this is not the problem what is the exact error message?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm for more
information.

No, that is not the error message. What EXACTLY is the error message?

- Do NOT describe an error message.
- Do NOT summarize an error message.
- Do NOT paraphrase an error message.
- Do NOT truncate an error message.
- Do show the ENTIRE message (but munge/star out personal info,
like your username).

We are to guess at WHICH version of Outlook that you use, WHICH version
of Windows, WHICH version of Internet Explorer, or WHICH web browser is
currently selected as the default one?
