How to Embed sound in PP instead of linking to sound clip.

I use MS Office PP 2000 SP1 and have created a presentation I need to add
sound. I have the file, but can not figure out how to embed it as opposed to
developing a link. I need to e-mail a PPS out, and the sound is not carrying
with the PPS.

To force ppt to embed WAV files

Tools>Options>General - Change the figure in "link sounds with file size
greater than" to 50000.

You will have to reinsert sounds. NB only WAVs will embed if its another
format you will need to convert.
