You'd get a more expert answer if you posted in a newsgroup that was specific
to Outlook Express. OE is part of Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Office
which is what this group supports and has expertise in.
Choose your version from there. When you post, please include your version
of OE and account type (POP3, etc.), as well as any error messages/numbers,
and troubleshooting steps you've taken.
There is no "express" in the name of this newsgroup. Repost in a
newsgroup for Outlook EXPRESS.
