How to email IP and browser type on page load in php

Hi all i am kind of new to php. I wonder how i can email user ip address and browser type on page load. What i mean is once a page loaded on visitor browser it sends me the administrator of a site an email with ip address of visitor and browser type . I be happy if an expert help me achiving this task.Thanks

I'm sure this can be done, but wouldn't this be rather annoying, having your Inbox fill with this junk.

Also why would you need their IP...

I'd understand browser type but grabbing their IP is something else, if i noticed a site doing this i'd totally blacklist it immediately on my firewall...
