How to eliminate duplicate email in outlook in order to save space?

My file PST is too large because same emails ware duplicated. I need same
help in order to solving this problem. Is there any function to avoid this
situation?

Hello Ribeiro,

I think first we have to eliminate the problem of messages being duplicated
rather than just taking a alternative step or pretend to be avoiding.

Inorder to stop receiving duplicate e-mails.
First check in the webmail ( For instance if you have comcast or verizon
through your internet explorer.)

If the problem occurs in webmail then contact your webmail technician.
If not then follow the below mentioned article.

configure an e-mail account and send an e-mail to yourself and test it.
Once you dont receive duplicate e-mails , the issue is resolved.

Please let me know about the status.(we can bring up the data from your old
profile to the new profile.
