how to edit GP

hi
I have applied loca GP to win2000 prof PC.I have done this
thro admin user id but b4 that i hve created one extra
admin account too. Now I have disabled RUN command also
and couldnt able to edit GP even when login thro other
Admin A/C.Pls help me out how i can get rid of or edit GP
on this PC.

If you define Lock Down Policies at Higher-level objects such in the Default
Domain Policy. You have to filter out Administrative Accounts.

To filter the scope of Group Policy according to security group membership.
