How to Drag and Drop an Outlook email into Excel?

I can drag and drop an email from Outlook into Word, but when I try and do
this into Excel, I get a "file format is not valid" error message.

How can I drag and drop my email from Outlook into Excel?

But I will be upgrading soon to 2007, so it's good to know I can stop
