How to download sent messages from server

I have a POP3 mail server with mail in the sent box that I sent from
webmail. how can I get Outlook 2007 SP1 to download the mails in the sent
box.

Same question for folders that I have set up on the mail server

POP3 can only download from the Inbox folder. You'd have to move those
messages in order to get them to download.
