How to Do This?

I have Powerpoint 2003 and 2007. I need to create a presentation that
includes narrated clips of computer screen actions (the tutorials will be on
topics like "How to Create an Email Account" and "How to add an attachment
to an email"). What tool(s) do you recommend? Ideally, I'd like a screen
capture program that would show the mouse cursor movements as well.
