HOW TO DO -INPUT FORM WHERE DROP DOWN LISTS OPEN OTHER LISTS TO SE

Inputters need to put in their time and select what they worked on, witch can
start out with one type, then tree down to more specific types they must
select.
 
There's an error in that database, can you tell me how to fix the error since
i'm using it for a template. the error is in "qryProducts" when you run it.
