Hi,

Is it possible to display multiple records at one time in a subform? That
is, when I open a form in Form View, and that form contains a subform with
multiple records, is it possible to display all the records for the subform
as a list, rather than moving through record-by-record? If so, any pointers
to resources detailing how to do this would be great.

I'm using MS Access 2003 on Windows XP.

Thanks,

Matt

Matt,

In design view of the form that you are using for the subform, look at
the Property sheet. You will see a Property called Default View. Set
this property to Continuous Forms.

Thanks so much!
