How to disable "Use cached exchange mode" programmatically?

We're using Outlook 2003 and I need to programmatically disable "Use
cached exchange mode" on several user's outlook profiles. Anyone have
a way to do this (vbscript, etc.)?

Just curious; why do you need to disable it?

We have several workstations that are shared by upwards of 30+ users.
With caching enabled, the local harddrive is filling up.

Is disabling "use cached exchange mode" the same as disabling use of
offline mode (.ost files)? If not, is there a reg key for that as
well?
