How to disable the "Options" button in Winlogon??

there is a key in registry "shutdownwithoutlogon".
but i could not find a similar one to disable(or hide) the Options button.

the purpose is that i do not want to give users the options to choose whether logon to the domain (server) or the local machine.

I don't believe you can prevent the user from seeing the domains list.
There has to be an option to log in to the local machine, and if the machine
is in a domain, that will be listed as an option as well.
