How to disable startup programs in Win 2000 pro

Hello,
I am trying to find a utility similar to Windows
XP"System Configuration Utility" so I can disable some
drivers that keep coming up on startup. Does 2000 have a
similar utility? How can I control what devices start or
not? I tried the start menu with no results.

Windows 2000 does not have an MSconfig utility. Here is some information
