I have a E Machine with a FX5200 video card and a 17in monitor.
Recently I came into a Sony LCD monitor. After connecting the Sony
(DAVI), on the same graphics board, I could not remove the VGA monitor
as the Sony would not be activated. With both connected and on, boot
up the computer, the Sony would be active and I could turn off the VGA
monitor. If the VGA was not on at boot up, the Sony would not come up.
I want to get rid of the second (VGA) monitor. Any suggestions?
