Hi,
You can disable downloads completely through the Security zone- this will
prevent the box from being displayed in the first place.
Click on 'Tools', then 'Internet Options'
Click on the 'Security' tab.
Click on 'Custom level'.
Scroll down, under the 'downloads' header, there is a section for 'File
downloads'.
Click on the radio button to the left of 'Disable'.
Click on OK to exit 'Security Settings'.
Click on OK to exit 'Internet Options'.
