How to disable save option in file download

Hello,

Is there anyway if we can disable the save option in file download box. There are 4 option when user try to download some files.. Open Save Cancel MoreInfo.

I do not want them to save the file. Please let me know if you some ideas.

Hi,

You can disable downloads completely through the Security zone- this will
prevent the box from being displayed in the first place.


Click on 'Tools', then 'Internet Options'
Click on the 'Security' tab.
Click on 'Custom level'.
Scroll down, under the 'downloads' header, there is a section for 'File
downloads'.
Click on the radio button to the left of 'Disable'.
Click on OK to exit 'Security Settings'.
Click on OK to exit 'Internet Options'.
