How to Disable "Runas"

After using the W32.Swen.A@mm removal tool, the clicking
of my desktop icons (applications) results in the "run as"
dialogue box. Apparently this same function is also
preventing the Norton antivirus program from intializing
on command. How do I disable the "runas" function?

It sounds as if, perhaps, the shortcuts you are clicking
on have had the runas capability turned on.
To see, go into the properties of the shortcuts and look
on the second tab.
