I am constantly having two message boxes (Internet
Explorer) pop on my screen. The first says: "Do you want
to allow software such as ActiveX controls and plug-ins to
run?" The second is: "A script is accessing some software
on this page which has been marked safe for scripting. Do
you want to allow this?" No matter whether I say yes, no,
or delete it, it keeps reappearing every few seconds. How
can I get rid of this annoying pattern?? Help!! And
thank you!

This isn't a command prompt issue; you'd be better off going to one of the
Internet Explorer groups.

It sounds like an adware problem to me. Some kind of adware is trying to
pop up a webpage with an ActiveX control on it. Your Internet Explorer
settings are set to prompt for ActiveX controls.

To deal with adware, try downloading and installing Spybot Search & Destroy
or Adaware. ActiveX control prompting is controlled in Internet Explorer
from Tools | Internet Options | Security. Choose the zone you want, click
Custom Level, and set the ActiveX controls and plug-ins as you want them.
