I unchecked Error Reporting Service on the Services tab in
misconfig, but the error reporting box still pops up.

Is there another way to disable it?

Thanks.

Hi Bob,

See if this works:
To turn off the Error Reporting feature in Windows XP:

1.. Go to Control Panel.

2.. Click System.

3.. Go to the Advanced tab.

4.. Click Error Reporting.

5.. Click the "Disable Error Reporting" radio box, but select the "But
notify me when Critical Errors Occur".

I guess I won't know whether that works until an error
occurs (which isn't often), but I did see that error
reporting was enabled notwithstanding what I had done in
msconfig. I changed it as you said, so I should be good to
go.

Thanks very much, Curt.

You're welcome Bob.
