Hi,
I use Intel SRCU42L RAID Controler with 5 Seagate disks. I find events that
DC detects disk C: has software-based write cache and it could be dangerous
for AD. I disabled delayed-write in controller, I disabled write cache even
on each disk but DC still guesses that C: is write-cached. When I open disk
policy I see check box near "Enable write caching on the disk". I clear that
check box and press OK, then I open Policy tab again and see that check box
still is on.
How disable write caching? Why DC guesses C: is write-cached although
hardware write caching is off?
Thanks,
Vit Knyshevich.
