How to disable defrag schedule?

I see no option in the task scheduler to stop Vista defrag from scheduled
tasks. I can only change its schedule but not stop it completely. I want to
stop the scheduled task and just run it manually when I want to. Surely
there is such an option somewhere?

just open defrag and turn off scheduled defragmentation. its a check box
in the upper left of the window.

I figured it before I came back here but I'm sure I didn't see that check
box until I went into the task scheduler itself and found out how to disable
it there. But then when I ran defrag it said a another prog had disabled
defrag schedule and would I like to enable it again so I did and it was then
that I saw the check box to disable defrag. Thanks anyway.
