I'm getting always this error for lot of programs: IE, Mozilla,
Wianmp.......
"the instruction at 'Memory Address' referenced memory at 'Memory
Address'. The memoey could not be read"

I tried lot of options, from Installing window updates, memtest,
etc...The only solution that was able to help was disabling
Application Popup. Even though I was getting the errors, atleast the
popup has stopped. Is there anyway I can diable Application Popup for
a specfic Event ID? In my case, it is 26.

I don't have an answer for you regarding the Application Popup, but if
you are getting constant errors for different applications like you
describe, you'd do best to test your RAM. Either swap out your RAM for
known-good sticks, try moving the RAM to different slots, etc. or test
with Memtest86 from www.memtest86.com. Make either a bootable floppy or
bootable cd, boot with it, and let the test run for an extended period
of time. If you get errors, replace the RAM.
