Not in a windows 2000 domain. AFAIK, W2K domain controllers store lastlogon
information locally, and do not replicate that information to other DCs. I
do believe however, that Windows 2003 native mode domains do replicate
lastlogin information to each other. In either case, people have written
scripts that identify old accounts, and delete them. Google it, and you'll
find some good stuff.
