How to direct MSN Messenger to Outlook Express for viewing emails?

Ahmudo

I have MSN Messenger 6.1 and Messenger Plus! installed as well. I have an
email account at hotmail, and I would like MSN Messenger to open Outlook
Express when I get a new message saying that I have just received a new
email. Pressing the NO NEW MESSAGES or x NEW MESSAGES in the Messenger main
window should also be directed to Outlook Express, not the Hotmail website.
How can I do that?

Thanks a lot!

Greetings Ahmudo,

Unfortunately you can't change this -- if your Passport is a @hotmail.com or @msn.com e-mail
address, it will take you to Hotmail, otherwise, it will take you the default mail client. I
assume you're using a @hotmail.com/msn.com address and as such, it will take you to the
Hotmail site only.
