How to determine SDRAM memory speed?

Hi,
I have a memory stick SDRAM,
I would like to determine its speed PC???
I have heard you can determine the speed by reading the chips.
Please explain?

It could be either PC66, PC100, or PC133

I allready dismantel the PC, and I don't want to put the PC together again.
My friend wants the SDRAM, but he wants to know what kind of SDRAM is it.

Doesn't that program simply detect the speed that the motherboard is
running the RAM at? A motherboard made for 66MHz RAM will run 133MHz RAM
at 66MHz, and that program will return the erroneus result of 66MHz, right?

Well, if as this page says the last number on the chip is the speed in
nanoseconds, this page should tell you how to convert from that number
and determine the MHz of your RAM:
