How to detach a photo from Word and send to my pictures

I scanned a photo in the default setting which is Word. I want to send just
the photo to documents or to My Pictures for use on a web page, but I cannot
detach the photo from the Word document.

If you click Save As Web Page it'll save out all the photo's into separate
JPGs.
