How to delete unpinned worksheets from list in Excell 2007

i deleted several worksheets from Excell 2007. How do I now delete them from
my list of recent documents? Unpinning them does not do it.
 
Reduce the number of recent documents you have elected to have shown to
some number below that which displays the undesired ones. (Office
button, Excel Options, Advanced, Display, Show this..... number)
