how to delete 'removal disk (m)?

Pc running win xp home and how do I delete this entry when there is nothing
attached except the primary hdd ( 2 partitions C & D ) and no longer in any
network except to share the local broadband through ehternet cable connect to
one of the 4 ports of the router. My pc > c: d: and Removal disk (m). In
pc>manage>disk management it does not show the (M) drive. I do not know the
terminology for this (M) drive and thanks for your help.

Probably reads "Removable Disk". You might have a USB flash drive or hard
drive plugged in. Flash card readers plugged in to USB also read this way. Do
you have any of these?
 
Ya, it should read as "Removable disk (m) and there iss nothing attached, no
usb or other hdd except for the primary master hdd. Any resolutions polease,
thanks
