How to delete private key from memory

The situation is:

Suppose use EFS to encrypt files and delete the private key from windows
certificate storage. After this, logoff and relogin. However, the
encrypted files are still visible since the private key is still exisitng
in memory (I guess). How to delete the private key from memeory?
