Nir

Hi,
I have personal folders configured.
The PST files of the folder was delete intentionally.

Now from within Outlook2003 (SP1 6353), I cannot remove
the personal folders.

When trying to click on I am getting:
"The set of folders cannot be opened" - error

I know that the PST files are missing, I need to remove
the folders.

Help will be most appreciate.

I have the same problem. I have several folders and when I try to close them
I received the message "The operation failed. An object could not be
found".

When I right click and properties and then click the advanced button I
receive the same message "The operation failed. An object could not be
found".

my way:

1. delete pst files manualy (if exist one)
2. control panel -> mail -> data files (or smthg)
3. double click on hated file.
4. outlook asks to input file name. Select already associated file with mail
account.
5. delete this account.

if dont want to delete mail accout, you can create temporary one..
