How to delete "create table entering data" in object of the Acces

I wrongly create a icon namely "create table by entering data". It looks
like "create table by design view" or "create table by using wizard".

How can I delete it?

Hi Winnie

Not really sure where your icon is - but in most cases just open the form in
design view - select the icon and press delete.

Note - if there is any code associated with the icon (button) you may want
to try and delete this as well, but if you're not sure how to do this - it
may be an idea to leave this as it will not cause any problems other than
filling the DB with extra un-needed code and take up a small amount of disk
space.
