how to delete contacts item from global address list

I have user she created two of contacts foler
name "contact1" and "contact2" under the contacts folder,
but she deleted them, now she open the "global address
list" still showing "contact1" and "contact2" there, how
can I deleted them.

Users can't create anything in the GAL. Do you mean she's seeing these under
Outlook Address Book?
