How to delete a watermark in word

hi i have word file that has watermark, that i cannot delete i tried going go to watermark and click remove watermark it doesnot remove it. But i can manually remove from each page. I want to know if there is a way i can remove from all the pages of the word file

I am uploading the sample word file in the attachment please see.
