You probably do not have a duplicate.
When you open the folder, look under File type next to the file names.
One file will be "Windows Media" and will be small.
One file will be "Photo Story3. Document" and will be large.
When you use Photo Story, you save the file as a document so you can open it
to edit the file, making any changes you want. Then the file is saved as a
window media file for playing it.
These two files have the same name, but different extensions. Maybe your
computer is set to hide the extensions. What you should see is:
filename.wmv (this is the file use by media player)
filename.wp3 (this is the document file used for
editing)
If you want to see the extensions after the file name, do the following.
Click on Tools on the top bar, Folder options and on the View tab. Scroll
down and remove the check in the box in front of "Hide extensions..."
To delete, simply click on the file name to highlight in blue and press the
delete key. Not quite sure why this does not work.
