How to delete a large e-mail attachment in Outlook 2003 Outbox?

I have an e-mail message with a 77MB attachment inadvertently sitting in my
Outlook 2003 Outbox. I need to delete it, as it is stuck sending and clogging
up my whole system. I tried basic deleting but nothing seems to work. Any
ideas?
