How to Delete a copy of Administrative Tools folder from User Profile

I accidentally copied the Administrative Tools folder from the "All Users"
Start Menu folder to a User Profile Start Menu folder. Now I can't delete
it, I get this message:

"Administrative Tools is a Windows system folder and is required for Windows
to run properly. It Cannot be deleted."

Now come on, this folder still exists in it's original location ("All Users"
Start Menu). All I did was make a copy of it. I can rename the copy. I
can delete the shortcuts in the copied folder. But I can't delete the
copied folder?? It doesn't matter what I rename it too, it still says its a
Windows system folder and can't be deleted.

Thanks for any help.

Sorry to have bugged you - I figured it out....duh :)
I just Cut the copy and pasted it over the original. This had the desired
affect of removing the folder from the user profile start menu.
Thanks
