How to delete a 15MB message stuck in inbox?

I have a message 15MB in size stuck in my inbox, and when I click on it to
delete, Outlook gets stuck, and I have to ALTCNTDEL to get out, and restarted
again. Any suggestions?
 
Select the message before it, hold shift, then select the one following.
Delete all three. If you need the two, select them, copy and paste to create
a duplicate before deleting. Turning off the preview pane before deleting
might also work - then you only need to select the big message.
