I've got a 15MB email stuck in Outbox, how do I delete it?

As it says in the subject: I've got a 15MB email stuck in the Outbox. It's
been trying to send for over three days. I've received some error notices,
telling me that I have a too large of file. I tried the 3 suggestions in
Outlook Help with no help. I would like to delete this email. Could someone
help me?

File->Work Offline. Completely close Outlook and restart. Delete the mail.
File->Uncheck Work Offline. Completely close and restart Outlook.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
