How to defrag paging file?

Anyone know how to defragment the paging file? The rest of my hard drive is fine, but I can't find a program or any way to get the paging file defrag'd, which I'm sure would help performance greatly. If you have any suggestions, please email (e-mail address removed). Thanks!

You might wish to consider purchasing a more powerful
and thorough defragmenter program, such as PerfectDisk,
which has the capability to defrag both the MFT and pagefile
offline.

SysInternals has a stand-alone page file defrager, it's free.

the other stuff there is worth a look too, all of their utils are very
good at what they do.
