How to define View in Contacts folder?

I have field Business and Personal.
1. How to define View for this fields and show only Business and Personal
field in folder Business and Personal?
2. Where to define password in Outlook if I have private records idefined
in Personal field?

Views can't be passworded so you can't prevent someone from changing views -
short of locking your desktop. You can mark contacts private so they aren't
seen if you share your folder with other exchange users.

To create a new view, look on the view menu for Define views. If I knew the
version of outlook, I could tell you exactly where too look for it.
