How to create templates with frontpage???

Can anybody, anywhere, tell me how on earth I can create TEMPLATES by using
FrontPage???

Create a page. Add layout. FILE | Save As... > Dynamic Web Template. You
might want to define some editable regions there too, otherwise your child
pages will all look alike! 8)
