How To create report through drop box and dates

Hi
Can someone please tell me how I can create a report of information based on
an option someone has chosen in a drop down box, for example.

in the drop down there is --- invoiced, not invoiced, other
those options are looked up from a table

How can I make a report which would show all the information to a job for
example that has been selected as Invoiced.

So how do I create report from the selection someone made in a form?

Any ideas?

create your report to show all records. add a command button to the form
(where the listbox control is) to open the report, and use the WHERE
argument of the OpenReport action (in a macro or in VBA) to refer to the
value chosen in the listbox control. read up on the OpenReport Action topic
in Acces Help for more information, and post back if you need additional
help.
