How to create MakeFile in VSIDE 2003

In VC 6.0 you can create/ generate MakeFile of your project, but it seems
this option is not there in VSIDE .NET 2003. Anybody know how to create the
makefile of your project or solution ?

I am not talking about the MakeFile Project. But, if it is possible with
this option, still it is OK to me.

You cannot do this with VS.Net. There might be a third party tool, but
I'm not aware of any.
