Why? The Calendar by nature will always relate to days and times - that's
what Calendars are for.
If it is something you need to do, make it a Task. Or make a Note. The
only Calendar entry with no time fixed to it is an Event. That still has to
fall on a certain day.

The reason I want calendar events with no nite is so they can be scheduled
for the day I want them to happen but do not have to happen at a specific
time. I don't want to use tasks because I want items to show up on the
calendar so I can add meetings and assign a time after i have talked to
meeting participants.
