Usually people create folders (or subfolders of a default folder) then
create rules to deal with msgs sent / received
Also see http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/sortmail.htm
scroll down to "Directly assign the account to a folder set"
You can also create a new PST file which will be displayed as a new tree
in Outlook Folder List. Click File (top Outlook menu), New, Outlook Data
File, Office Outlook Personal Folders. A new folder tree will appear in
your Folder list. Basically, you would need to create another Inbox folder
there and then use Outlook rules to move certain incoming messages to
certain folders. The messages that you already have in your Inbox can be
moved to a certain folder using a drag&drop method.
Create a folder for each of those accounts to act as its Inbox. The folders
can be in the default folder set at the same level as Inbox, as a subfolder of
any other folder, or in their own PST(s). Then click Tools>Account
Settings>E-mail Accounts, select each account in turn, click Change Folder.
If you create a separate PST for each account, you'll get separate Inbox, Sent
Items, Outbox, Junk E-mail, adn Deleted Items folders for each account as
well. See this: http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/sortmail.htm#directly_assign_the_account_a_folder_set
